Daybook
$197 · one-time · Founder beta — 10 seats

Run the daily disciplines
through Claude. Not willpower.

Daybook is a set of Claude skills for real estate agents who already practice Ninja Selling — and slip on the execution. The morning notes, the hot list, the weekly call block: ready every morning, named, sourced from your own database.

Compatible with Ninja Selling®. Local-first — your database never leaves your machine.

The discipline gap isn't motivation. It's friction.

You know what to do every morning. Two personal notes. Refresh the hot list. The Five-Step Call Block on Mondays. Daybook makes each of those a single command. You read the output, you do the human part, the database remembers.

Mechanical, not motivational

No streak counters. No "you've got this." Daybook surfaces the named contact, the actual trigger, and the specific next action. You execute.

Compatible with Ninja

Built on Larry Kendall's methodology — Ninja Nine, F.O.R.D., the hot/warm list rubric, the Five-Step Calling Process. The book is the spec.

Local-first, agent-owned

Your book of business lives in one JSON file on your own machine. Daybook never uploads it, never logs it, never phones home.

What's inside

Seven skills cover the Ninja Nine plus the foundation that keeps your database honest. You run them from any Claude Code session.

Two Notes /daybook-two-notes

Every morning, two personal-note candidates with the named trigger, the magic opener, and a draft you copy by hand. Habit 3.

Hot List /daybook-hot-list

"Who on this list wants to write a contract this week?" — answered, ranked, sourced from your last touch. Habit 4.

Call Block /daybook-call-block

Weekly customer-service calls with the Five-Step script pre-loaded for each contact. Voicemail variant included. Habit 6.

FORD /daybook-ford

Capture FORD intel after every conversation. Retrieve the three freshest topics before every call and note. The utility underneath everything.

Check-In /daybook-checkin

End-of-day review of the Nine. Mark what shipped, name what slipped, queue tomorrow. No streak guilt, no fake encouragement.

Import /daybook-import

Load your book from kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Outlook, or any CSV. Daybook maps it to the Ninja six-category record.

Categorize /daybook-categorize

Walk through your A's, B's, C's, D's — with evidence-backed suggestions from your touch history. Roughly 15 minutes for a 400-contact book.

The compatibility promise

Daybook is built for agents who already work the Ninja system. If you've read the book, taken the installation, or coached with a Ninja master instructor — the language is yours. F.O.R.D., the Ninja Nine, hot/warm, flow, the Business Tracker.

If you haven't worked Ninja Selling before, Daybook will still produce a workable daily routine — but you'll get the most value once you've done the methodology.

About the methodology

Ninja Selling® is a registered trademark of The Ninja Selling Organization. Daybook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by The Ninja Selling Organization. Daybook implements skills compatible with the methodology described in Ninja Selling: Subtle Skills. Big Results. by Larry Kendall.

Local-first. By contract.

Your book of business is the most valuable asset you own. Daybook treats it that way.

When the source code goes public, the privacy contract is verifiable line-by-line. No black box.

Founder beta — 10 seats.

Ten working Ninja agents. Two-week run with your real book of business, direct line to me for feedback, lifetime free upgrades on every version after v1. The price holds at $197 when v1 ships publicly. Founders pay nothing.

Or email [email protected] with "founder beta" in the subject. One line about your book of business is plenty.

Questions

Do I need Claude Code to run Daybook?

Yes. Daybook ships as a set of Claude Code skills. They install into ~/.claude/skills/ on your Mac or Linux machine, and you run them from any Claude Code session — terminal, VS Code, JetBrains, or the desktop app. If you don't have Claude Code, you can install it free from claude.com/claude-code; Anthropic charges separately for the model usage.

Does my database ever leave my machine?

No. Daybook stores your contacts as a single JSON file at ~/.daybook/db.json on your computer. Daybook never uploads it, syncs it, or sends it to a server. Skills only send to Claude what's needed for the active task — one contact's intel when drafting a note, the hot-list set when surfacing daily focus. The rest stays put. When the source goes public after beta, the privacy contract is verifiable line by line.

What if I don't already practice Ninja Selling?

You'll still get a workable daily routine — the morning notes, the call block, the hot-list focus all work regardless. But the methodology was built for agents who've internalized Larry Kendall's framework. If you haven't read the book or taken the Ninja Installation, do that first; Daybook will reward you more later.

Is this affiliated with the Ninja Selling Organization?

No. Daybook is built to be compatible with the Ninja Selling® methodology — same language, same disciplines, same daily structure — but it is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with The Ninja Selling Organization, Larry Kendall, or any official Ninja program. Ninja Selling® is a registered trademark of The Ninja Selling Organization.

Subscription or one-time?

One-time, $197. Daybook is software you own. No recurring charges, no per-contact pricing, no login-or-lose-it. Major version upgrades may be a paid add-on later, but v1 is a one-time purchase.

What about my existing CRM?

Daybook reads from it, doesn't replace it. You import your book of business from kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Outlook, or any CSV export, and Daybook runs the daily disciplines against that data. Your CRM keeps doing the rest — listings, transactions, document storage.

Mac only, or Windows too?

Mac and Linux at beta. Windows support is coming — Claude Code runs on Windows via WSL today, and we'll ship a native Windows path before v1 goes public.
